Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Guest

At Felicita Group LLC, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Full Refund: Guests can cancel their booking up to 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date are not eligible for a refund. This includes no-shows or early departures.

To cancel a booking, please contact us directly at book@vancityshortstays.com or call us at (604) 814-7118 with your booking details.

Processing Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment. You will be notified once the refund has been processed.

Exceptional Circumstances

Felicita Group LLC may consider refunds outside of this policy under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Changes to Bookings

If you need to make changes to your booking (e.g., dates, number of guests), please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges or be subject to the cancellation policy if the change effectively reduces the booking value significantly or is made close to the check-in date.
